Step 3: Set up IPTV Service Provider
After connecting IPTV set-top box to your TV and internet, you need to set up the IPTV service provider. Most IPTV set-top boxes come with pre-installed IPTV apps. Use the remote control to navigate through the app, and enter your IPTV service provider’s login credentials. If your IPTV service provider is not pre-installed on the app, contact them to download and install their app.
Step 4: Scan and add IPTV channels
After setting up the IPTV service provider, you need to scan and add IPTV channels. Depending on the IPTV set-top box, you may either have to scan the channels automatically or manually. If scanning automatically, go to the settings and choose the automatic scan option. On successful scan, all the available channels will be displayed on your IPTV set-top box.
If you have to scan channels manually, get the M3U playlist link from your IPTV service provider. Go to the settings and navigate to the channel setup option, where you’ll find an option to add a playlist link. Paste the M3U playlist link into the box and click OK. The channels will be added to your channel list.
Step 5: Customize IPTV set-top box settings
After adding the channels, customize your IPTV set-top box settings. Go to the settings and choose the language, screen size, audio settings, and more. Most IPTV set-top boxes also come with a parental control feature, which allows you to block certain channels and content. Set it up according to your preference.
